800 Membership Rewards Points = 1500 Hilton Honors Points! (we estimate that this may be the best value for your Amex points ever. We estimate Hilton Honors points are worth about 0.6 cents each when using points for upper end hotel stays and up to 1.6 cents when used for basic hotel stays and rental cars. With the exchange promotion you’re getting a whopping 1.2 - 3.2 cents per amex point this way.
800 Membership Rewards Points = 333 Starwood Preferred Guest Starpoints. (This may not be the best option as we estimate Starpoints to be worth 2 cents each, so you're getting less than 1 cent per membership rewards points.)
